WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our mission is to breed outstanding beef cattle – with a great carcass, high marbling, and extreme docility. The meat we sell and the pies produced from our beef showcase our breeding program. So we are very aware that the product we produce must be outstanding – we have no desire for mediocrity.

With this in mind, there are some fundamental issues with pies which we try very hard to avoid. But we know that the very odd pie might have one of these issues:

• On average there are 80 grams of actual meat in each pie. The pies are hand filled, so there is always a chance that one pie will have more than 80 grams, and one pie with less. We hope that over an 8 pie pack the meat is averaged OK. But if you ever get a pie with very little meat please let us know. We are happy to provide a voucher for a free pie with your next order.

• Similarly, we want our pies to be at least 240 grams in weight. But with hand-filling, there is always a chance that one pie will weigh more and one will weigh less. We hope it averages out. But if you ever get a pie significantly underweight – we are also happy to provide a voucher for a free pie with your next order.

• We hand cut our beef so that any excess fat or gristle is removed. But we know from the hundreds of thousands of pies produced so far, there is the very odd pie that might contain a piece of gristle. This is extremely frustrating. If you ever experience this – please let us know (email a photo). We will refund this pie for you immediately.

• One of our biggest challenges in packing pies in a 3-degree chiller is making sure each order is assorted perfectly. With over 18 different SKUs we know from our history that we can get some packs wrong. We do work hard to make sure of no errors, but hand assorting can never be 100% perfect with every shipment. If you have a pack assorted incorrectly, please let us know. We are happy to provide vouchers for free pies if we get it wrong, and you are unhappy.

We hope this warranty portrays our desire for product excellence.
